BLUF: Falcon4 offers accelerated training through technology and methods of the Results Driven Program.
Falcon4 can support your instructors and facilitate, or can provide the instructors.
Falcon4 systems can be quickly adapted to support your courses of fire, or customers can elect to use IPC’s established courseware that focuses on building measurable skill against standards.
IPC team members stateside and in Jordan have developed a method-based training program called Integrated Lethality Training. The aim is to develop lethality skills in the most efficient and effective way possible; using performance data to adjust until meeting rigorous standards.
For those customers with their own courseware and instructors, Falcon4 is available to support with technology systems, or to simply facilitate providing US customer service levels and an easy experience to planning and executing training. For customers who are able to introduce new training methods into their training operations, the station method across multiple technology systems then integrated into live fire is the fastest way to build skills.
These technology enabled courses combine a number of stations to present trainees ample opportunities to engage both simulation and live fire targets. Broken into rounds, trainees progress through stations. See Method page for more details on the stations. The integration from simulation into live fire greatly amplifies the value of ammunition provided. As ammo because more scarce, it becomes increasingly important to augment with other means, in this case a variety of technology based systems.
Within this method, trainees advance through levels: allowing those struggling to focus on the current level, and those who excel to remain challenged.
Customers may elect to expand or reduce the number of stations included based on factors such as space availability, time, etc.
Rifle Training
Custom Training – Falcon4 is able to customize to support your training plan, with any part or piece available “a la cart”.
Results-Driven Training – Customers with flexibility in their training operations, or those needing to build skills quickly may elect to use the Performance Improvement Methods (PIM) and station-based approach. This approach harnesses immediate feedback and PIM Methods to deliver maximum results: those performing well remain challenged against an escalating set of standards, while those needing remediation are able to work at their own pace to achieve mastery.
The station approach with PIM Methods can be customized, and are readily available as follows:
Level 0 – Weapons Familiarization (+ diagnostics)
Level 1 – Shooting Fundamentals: Engage Threats
Level 2 – Positional Engagement
Level 3 – Dynamic Engagement
Level 4 – Moving Target
Level 5 – Team Engagement
Level 6 – Known/Unknown Distance
Level 7 – Long Range

Diagnostic, Simulator, 75m, 100m, 300 LOMAH, 800+ Long Distance, Village, Urban Area

Concealed Carry – Entitled “The Standard for Concealed Carry”, this extremely challenging master course is based on the proven standards set by a team of US Government personnel carrying concealed at all times.
