THE METHOD
Falcon4 offers an "easy experience” for customers to benefit from simulation technologies and to integrate them into their complete training continuum. The management system that makes this possible is called The Results Driven Program (RDP).
What is RDP?
The Results Driven Program (RDP) solves the problem of how to implement training technologies such as simulators, mechanical ranges, and moving robot targets. THE FALCON4 METHOD IS BASED ON SEVEN CORE ELEMENTS
Instructors
● Selected for real world training ability, certified in RDP methods, and incentivized based on mission success.
● Depending on ITAR qualification, customers have access to cross service KASOTC Jordanian and US special operations trainers.
Courseware
● Wide range of courses including individual Pistol, Rifle, Machine Gun, and Tactical Driving. Collective and Squad-Level courses are available. ● Courseware developed in accordance with Instructional Systems Design methodologies.
● IPC develops interoperable courseware with Systems Approach to Training (SAT), crawl-walk-run, and other doctrine.
● Courses are developed per the ADDIE model and are multimedia enabled making them more effective and able to cross language barriers. ● IPC now offers courseware for moving target engagement; available to those who qualify.
Methods
● Performance Improvement Mapping™ (PIM) methods are used to diagnose trainees who struggle and challenge those who succeed. ● Technologies used to diagnose fundamental skills and provide highly accurate reporting to support instructors and the PIM Methods.
Diagnostics
● Technologies used to diagnose fundamental skills and provide highly accurate reporting to support instructors and the PIM Methods. ● Data ensures diagnostics are free of potential instructor bias with clear graphical reporting for immediate use.
Simulation
● Simulation enables high repetition training routines in a climate controlled environment.
● Simulation training is significantly faster than what is possible in live range conditions, allowing for rapid preparation prior to live fire.
● While observing the same safety standards required of live fire, the safe nature of simulation allows instructors to challenge trainees to push beyond their limits, without the risk of catastrophic accidents.
Live Fire
● Live fire training includes flat range, CQB, urban operations, counter terrorism.
●Live range design and modernization services are also offered.
HTT Moving Targets
● Human Type Targets (HTT) are semi-autonomous moving target systems.
● The movement and realism of these targets challenges marksmanship skills and builds psychological readiness associated with lethality.
● Falcon4 is the only place on earth where customers get a complete integrated solution from classroom to simulators building specific skills associated with moving targets, to then engaging real robotic targets within urban environments.
